How to not get party raided in Los Angeles California?

So I'm planning on throwing a party this coming Saturday and I've been a bit worried about cops coming and busting it up and writing me a citation. People will definitely be drinking and playing beer pong. Everyone will be around the age of 18, only like 3 are under 17. 25+ people will be coming to a house party and I will be Djing electronic music so obviously some people will be popping pills. Just wondering how not to get my party raided.Anyone have any good recommendations?
