I don't really understand what the question is here. You are saying that you were not aware of him having sex with you, correct? So what do you need our opinions for? Are you trying to convince yourself? Either you didn't want him doing it, and he raped you. Or you're not sure, and trying to make yourself feel better about cheating on your boyfriend.
