My brother has anger management problems...?

He's never done anything to hurt someone when he's mad but whenever someone does the slightest thing to annoy him he explodes. For example, yesterday he was teaching me how to play ping pong and I couldn't get one of the shots and he got sooooooooo mad! he started screaming and telling me i wasn't trying (but i was) and stuff like that. When he doesn't get his way he just acts like an a-s-s and yells at everyone! I really don't know what to do anymore it's really annoying and pretty sad how mad he gets sometimes! My parents know that he does but won't really do anything its just ME who can't take it anymore. He's 17 btw
