Ramadan:What do you think of the following text?

they just confused the word "Insha" انشاء (create or construct) with the two words "In-Shaa" ان شاء (if wills. .), this second one is the one used in the term In-shaa Allah (if Allah wills) ان شاء الله , which does not mean "create" here.
