Should I worry about my husbands symptoms?

I very much doubt that there is any connection between the gout and the other symptoms. These could be indicative of a number of things from male menopause to some sort of fever to a parasitic infection, etc. The best thing is for him to go to the doctor who will be able to both hear his symptoms and examine him and then make a prognosis.
