Babysitting 4 boys this year.. Need Help!!?

I am 17, Have a car, They stay at my house, Have a pool, Have a place to fish, Have horses, Have dogs and cats, Have a swing set, Have a huge basement that they stay in, Have about 8 acres of land, Have a hokey table, Have a ping pong table, A pool table, And a wii, And a playstation. BUT I have 4 boys that will do each of those things for MAYBE 5 minutes then they are bored.. and my mom says that I should make them all choose one thing a piece that they want to do for an hour a piece and MAKE them all do it but I don't want to be the mean babysitter that forces them to do something that they do not want to do.. But I need help.. any games or activities that you know of that will help? PLUS I keep them from 8:30ish-4:15ish, 3 days a week and I need a daily schedule to follow like example: 8:30-9:00-watch tv.. 9:00-:30-play a game.. etc.. I reallly need help yall :( & I have been babysitting for 4 years, but with 4 boys its completly different lol (They are 7, 9, 10, and 11) **Do NOT think that by me telling you the kinds of entertainment I have at home is me bragging.. I just need help with a daily routine and it gives you an idea of what we have to do** Thanks :)
