A lump right on the side of my hip bone that hurts when....?

its on my right side, and hurts like a stabbing pain when i wee ect, or when i twist to my left but not to my right. but its tender when theres not a stabbing pain. i have only noticed it today and it is about the size of a ping pong ball but doesnt stick out alot. i dont know if it is connected but all day i hgave felt off. stomach cramps, heavy feeling and very itchy sore eyes. probley not but its worth mentioning i guess. thanks for your help :) x
